The purpose of the Information Center is to provide the public with information about the services, programs, utilities and other related information regarding Touristic Enterprises Company. The center was established on the 27th of February 1989 and covers an area of 487.209 m².

    Services provided by the Information Center:

  • Al-Khiran Resort bookings.
  • Booklets on general information of interests to the public.
  • The Public Relations and Marketing Department in line with the company‘s strategy to provide new and combined services.
  • They also publish 'Ibtissamah' magazine, which spotlights what is happening within T.E.C. (e.g. services, events and programs) to the public.
  • The Information Center provides marketing offers and suitable discounts.
  • There will also be specialists in Customer Service to receive the public’s complaints, suggestions, and answer their inquiries.
